When will I get my order?

Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide to ensure efficient and reliable shipping.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes that may apply to your purchase.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the delivery address.

  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.

  3. Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at contact@forwardfits.com with your order number.

If you find an error in your delivery address after placing the order, we can send you a replacement. However, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
