Refund policy

At ForwardFits, every item is made to order—just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color choices.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got your back.

To start a return or report an issue:

Email us at contact@forwardfits.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

- A photo of the item

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

We’ll work with our print partner to review and—if approved—send you a replacement or offer a refund.

Please note:

- We do not accept returns for sizing issues. Check our size guides carefully before ordering!

- Any claims for misprints, damages, or wrong items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

- Packages lost in transit? Let us know ASAP, and we’ll look into it.
